When you request a quote we collect the delivery ZIP code and gallon quantity you enter. When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, the order details, and any delivery instructions you provide. If you create an account we store your login email and a secured form of your password. We also keep a record of your past orders.
Payment information
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. Our records keep only the card brand, the last four digits, and the processor's transaction reference, so we can identify a payment and handle refunds or disputes.
How we use it
We use this information to quote prices, confirm and schedule deliveries, take payment, provide customer support, keep account and order history available to you, and meet our record-keeping obligations. If you enroll in automatic delivery, we use your address and delivery history to work out when your next delivery is due.
We send email about the orders you place — confirmations, delivery updates, and receipts. These are service messages, not marketing, and they are part of fulfilling your order.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, including keeping you signed in and preserving your order while you move through checkout.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — our payment processor, email delivery provider, and hosting provider — and only as needed to run the service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
